    Hi there, I recently received a duplicate statement, just wondering how long it usually takes for the fee to be debited from the account?

    Thank you for getting in touch with us here.

    The fee would normally present on the account when the duplicate statement is dispatched. If you would like to query this you can type the query into Ask a Question in the Service Desk menu option on your 365online and this can be investigated.
