Paying a Mortgage

    On receipt of a mortgage with Bank of Ireland will the Bank set up the Direct Debit for the monthly payments. Just to say it early days, so just gathering info!!

    Hi hillbloom,

    Thanks for getting in touch with us here.

    When setting up a mortgage with the bank you would fill out a direct debit mandate specifying the account you would like to pay from and the date you'd like the payments going out on. The payments would go out on a monthly basis.
