Docusign issue

    Hi, I was sent a docusign today for a loan agreement, but I never received a security access code and now the link is saying error not available. Can you please advise. Thanks.

    Hi niamhiemaria,

    Thanks for contacting us here on Boards.ie.

    The access code is issued within 24 hours of the DocuSign email. Once you receive the code you should be able to access and sign your documents.
