    My point was the summer is when Galway comes alive, students do not cause that

    Who knows really. The weather tends to be better in Summer generally, might have a lot to do with how alive and vibrant a place may seem - as opposed to a bleak January or February day.

    And let's not forget plenty of them stick around throughout the summer.
