Got my 1st pair of glasses this week.
Always had a very minor astigmatism but it never actually bothered me until recently.
It was stable at 0.25 for a long time but at my last eye test it went out to 1.25 but with such a gradual change I can't say I ever noticed it.
Only thing I did notice was that my left eye seemed to be seeing much less colour, as if a lens filter was being used.

Anyway I decided it was time for glasses.
The difference in clarity, sharpness and colour is remarkable.
I mean I have only a mild prescription, and the difference is massive.
I never ever thought I needed glasses...
    Until I tried them.
