Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Moving a thermostat

When our house was rewired (two zone heating, one up, one down) the downstairs thermostat was put in the hallway. However that's the coldest part of the house so we're constantly too warm and fiddling with it.

    It's one of these:

I want a thermostat in the living room. Would I have to get new wiring, or is there a wireless solution for this particularly thermostat I could use so I don't have to move the wiring?

You could look at putting in something like a tado extension kit to replace your current programmer.

This would allow you put in wireless stats where you wanted them and also give the option of adding in smart radiator stats for logical zoning by room/radiator

otherwise you would be looking at running wiring to and from a new stat.
