Broken toilet issues - neighbour has canabilised mine for parts

    Assuming it's a regular cistern, with a standard cistern lever, that is simples to fix.

    Place had been empty years and my neighbour already cannibalised another toilet to fix it. The handle has sheared so needs new and we have no plumber here. Far less hassle to do it as I am doing....needs a man as my wrist is inadequte these days.
    PS this is a council property and I reported it a year ago with a few other things.
