Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    I notice Amazon changed its return policies on returning mobile phones in 2016 to exchange only, does this mean I can return within 14 days from receipt of the device and not within the 30 days for a refund? I'm looking for good customer service if any problems occur with the device.
