Visa debit limit

    Can you tell me if there's a limit on a transaction with a Visa Debit card. For example if I was to buy a product for €20,000 could I give the shop my card for that transaction.

    Thanks easygoing1982 for getting in touch overnight.

    There is no upper limit on a Visa Debit Card when making a purchase, you can use up to the available funds in your account.

    It might be best to check also with the retailer they have no restrictions/ limits on their side.
