CBD/Painkiller Vape?

Lads the French were legalising a cannabis oil based vape with just the painkiller aspects included. Did it ever make its way here? I don't even vape but get neck pain from time to time. If a few pulls of a vape helped it would be ideal

CBD oil is available here from the majority of vape stores and online vendors, you'd need to do some research though as I believe there are varying makes,strengths and quality out there but I believe it works for the symptoms you describe.
