    How are these people not arrested. Laughable to suggest the RTB is biased against tenants.

    With regard to the RTB board and adjudicators, this level of intimidation is worrying.

    It was an enbarrassment to watch especially the 2 main speakers who at first
    starting the debate well questioning the impartial RTB members and then it went downhill fast to insulting and intimidatiing the RTB members.

    The cheers and booing from giggling buffoons in the background did little
    but show thuggish warfare and belittled a peaceful protest .

    "Mick Barry" made an even bigger show of himself by saying evictions should be banned and it was Landlords fault and all them are making 2 billion in profits .
    If he had more knowledge of the subject he would know that most ordinary Landlords owning just 1 or 2 properties are being pushed out of the market by the government and vulture funds ,and it is infact the Left side who are endangering families of becoming homeless in properties .

    Take a read of this article and see A Labour Councillor Dermot Lacey making a statement that Social Welfare people don't want to live in Ballsbridge.

    Newstalk had Peter Dooley from the “Dublin renters union” on at lunchtime. He was at the “protest”. What goes on in these peoples’ minds is mad stuff

    He was laughable. Couldn't answer a single question and instead just blathered on with every soundbyte he'd learned off.

    Ciara Kelly pressed him well in fairness, without appearing to take one side over the other. Made him look like a fool.

    Complete madmen at the forefront who have lost sight and lack knowledge
    of what they are trying to accomplish!

    It's hardly encouraging Landlords back into the market when banners are showing to the media ! Lights out for SLumlords.

    Lack of Landlords= lack of properties

    Trashing properties & non payment of rent = Eviction,Eviction Eviction why is that not clear.
