Can my courier collect a TV?

    Hi, I see the Panasonic TX55FZ952B isn't available to purchase online from your company. Is it possible for me to pay over the phone and arrange a courier to collect for me? I am in ROI.

    Also, the TV has dual Freesat tuners. Can I also record, via USB, Saorview from my digital aerial?

    many thanks for the post and apologies for the delay getting back to you.

    In general we do not allow courier collections of goods ordered over the phone - we do know that this can irritate some of our Customers but it is mainly a fraud prevention procedure as if any third party gets hold of your credit card number they can order over the phone and arrange collection of goods without the card holder having any knowledge of the transaction.

    When we take a phone order we have security procedures and check that ensure that the goods are only sent to the credit card holders registered address thereby avoiding any risk for the card holder.

    ..However specifically with regards to the Panasonic TX55FZ952 we are actually out of stock at the moment :( - that's why it is not available to purchase at the moment, apologies..
