Neteller help needed

Never really used this but i have about €100 so went to take it out. I signed in etc but am now being asked to

Enter the unique one-time authentication code generated by your mobile application.

What this all about? Ive searched in vain in the help section

That means that at one time you have activated 2 factor authentication on the account.

If you no longer have access to the authentication app you used, you need to contact them for a reset.

It's clearly pointed out in the help section:

ya i know but i cant find any web chat or email address to contact them?

It's on every support page on the bottom of the page in the right side opposite the tumbs for good/bad info.

During business hours there is a chat option, otherwise there is an e-mail option.

Or call them on +442033089525 (0800 to 1700 GMT).

I dont see those options, but thanks anyway.
