Phone answering

    Hi - are all BoI phone numbers not being answered at present?
    I have tried 014044000 customer service
    and also the number for 2 branches. The phone rings, is 'picked up', and then goes silent for a length of time and then hangs up!

    We've checked the phone line 01 4044000 and it seems to be going through to an Advisor okay.

    If it's a general query you could ask it here, we would be happy to help.

    If you're dialling 01 4044000 and would like to reach Advisor you can select options 1,1 * and then 1 again. There's little or no wait time on the line.

    If it relates to setting up online banking or you need to reset your login details or access User ID you can call our ROI Freephone number - 1800 946 156.
