eirVision freezing from 9pm to 10pm

    Hi all,

    Anyone else having this issue? My eirVision is pixelating from exactly 9pm to 10pm every night.

    Support keep saying too much congestion in the house, but it only happens at exactly 9pm.

    I'm thinking too many people are watching I'm a celebrity and their servers cant handle it. They have a technician calling but for what reason I don't know as there are no faults on the line.

    Just wondering if anyone else has been experiencing the same? The minute the jungle is over the tv goes back to normal.

    Are you using wifi to stream the content?
    If yes, change that to a wired connection during the period of the problem and see if it fixes it.

    It is possible that something is interfering with the wifi signal.
