Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

That looked really nasty. Hopefully the US player is ok.

If you're watching Channel 4 for this match; You should know that Lee McKenzie is away in Abu Dhabi for the F1 GP this weekend.

Also who is down on the pitch. It looks very serious with the medics out now. I didn't see him getting hit.

Missed that, just looked up and saw him on the ground

    Joe Taufete’e, the US hooker.

Addison for a HIA. They did mention it.

He’s on for Addison on the wing, strangely.

Looked like a head clash with Henderson's hips.

Is that the guy who scored the 1st try for the US earlier?

Carbery has been playing FB since Byrne came on twenty minutes ago.

Yep Addison went to the wing and Carbery to FB when Sweetnam went off.

Seen nothing from either lock that will even.gwt Joe contemplating starting them ahead of Toner.

I'd say Henderson has gone well, he's been prominent in the loose and at the breakdown anyway.

    It is hope he's ok

All Munster front row and nearly all Munster tight five.

That's twice the US haven't engaged in the maul but it's been allowed. Had that rule been changed?

Other than the missed covering tackle, struggling to see what he did wrong

John Ryan having an impact already.

Thought he went quite well in the scrum, didn't do too bad in the loose either

Imagine paying 50 quid to watch this rubbish

Carbery's goal kicking is great. I had thought he was mediocre at it in previous seasons but he seems to have improved an awful lot.

Cooney doing himself no favours with those box kicks.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,076 ✭✭✭✭vienne86

    Ah great scrum.

If they expected to get anything more for their money than this I have many used cars to sell them...and a bridge

On the second incident looked like atleast 1 USA player was involved in the maul.

First one looked like a penalty against us tho

Cooneys box kicks have been poor but his overall game has been very good

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,599 ✭✭✭ScrubsfanChris

Time for Cooney to make way. Passing alright but his kicking is criminal

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,225 ✭✭✭✭Clegg

McCloskey has done nothing with his opportunity. So, so average.

  • Site Banned Posts: 12,341 ✭✭✭✭Faugheen

I still maintain that Carbery is better at 15 than at 10

Poor McCloskey had 'video review' written all over his face there. Wasn't a great pass to him to be fair but he probably should have held it.

Not been a great Autumn for Henderson though he was terrific off the bench last week.

    Lovely kick.

Such a forgetable game. Quite a few will have lost while nothing really to gain from this

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,076 ✭✭✭✭vienne86

Nice kick and good take by McCloskey. Good try. But what a run by Kilcoyne...pity he didn't pass sooner.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,225 ✭✭✭✭Clegg

Kilcoyne's lucky we scored that. Blew a 3 on 1

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,914 ✭✭✭Rigor Mortis

Kilcoynes blessed we got a try off that, butchered that overlap

Schmidt will still eviscerate him for it though.

    Well executed, Byrne.
