Best Turkey you will ever eat is the one thats cooked right. Wouldnt be paying top coin from some high street Butcher its a dying trade for a reason. Some fresh Turkeys from the supermarkets are really good just people knacker them on the day with there culinery ignorance. Gordan Ramsey when he was training in France said the chefs made the Turkey rest the same length as the cooking time. Most are thrown onto the table as soon as there cooked i'm guessing even the 5star High street butcher ones aswell lol.
