Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'm a bit late but didn't see this anywhere. 10% off gift cards for Black Friday, ends tonight

    Code is Black10

Useful if you know you have some ticket purchases coming up, there's no fees on the cards themselves

Any idea what values do they come in, or do you decide yourself and if you have a €100 voucher say and get tickets totalling €92 say, can you use the €8 towards your next regular purchase I wonder?

Any amount between €10 and €250. You just apply the card number to your event ticket purchase. If you don't use the full gift card amount the balance just stays on the card for use with another event.

Sounds good, just as long as you can actually use the balance along with a regular payment and not losing out on whatever change is leftover :)

    Thanks for the heads up!

    Thanks OP.
Is there an expiry on the cards?

How long do these take to come through?

Ordered a few hours ago but nothing received yet

Edit: just came through now :)

    Fairly certain it's a year

I don't believe it's legal in the EU to put an expiration date on a voucher anymore, although you wouldn't put it past ticketmaster to try.

Also, just to keep with the cynicism theme I would not put it past Ticketmaster in the least to to add a 10% service charge to tickets bought with gift cards.

There's no extra charge, just made a purchase with the voucher I bought.

Can be bought through UK site too it seems and Topcashback offers 3%.
Obviously mightn't track with the voucher being used.

How long did it take? I ordered one last night, just got a thank you for your order at the time, I presume it comes as an attachment? So am I waiting for a second email?

It arrived after about 2 and a half hours for me

If you sent it to the same email that you bought it with - you'll get a heap of emails when it comes through. It has a "download your voucher" button within the email, it'll ask you to confirm email address after that then it downloads as an attachment.

It's a pity you can't add the voucher balance to your account, have to add it at checkout each time you are making a purchase.

Got mine finally too. Disappointed to see only 12 months validity though.
