    Hi,

    My father bought the above TV a few months ago. He isn't interested in any of the smart features so i have disabled them on start up. However, he very frequently is getting the " Voice Guide Settings " screen on start up with the female voice and it is really starting to annoy him......(putting it bluntly !!!) I have the setting disabled ( dot greyed out) but it will frequently display. You have to press the exit button on the TV remote, but he just uses the Sky remote and using the 2 remotes bugs him.

    Can you suggest a possible fix for this as I cannot see anything in the settings?

    Hi Damien.

    To be honest this is not something i have came across before.

    I would need to do some researching into this. In the mean time you could try Samsung directly on 0330 726 7424 this is a number for our customers should they need technical advise as these guys know there products inside out.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
