    it's a chicken and egg thing. These scrotes only beg because people give them money. People should just say no to beggars.

    Some are acting like right heroes just because they give a cancer stick to someone (I smoke btw).

    The people being referred to are obviously those with a sense of entitlement and can be quite hostile too.

    It's not those in need who are being referred to, but some get a serious hard-on from calling people snobs, so what can you do.
