    Hi,

    Can you send me on the details as to how to do a lump sum overpayment on a fixed rate mortgate?

    I was promised the details will be sent to me by post while I was talking on the phone with the mortgage team, however, that hasn't happened.

    I requested that to be posted to me almost two week ago, on the 15th.

    I am aware of that link and it does not contain any useful information unfortunately, other than "call this number" for details..
