plumbers never calling back!!!

Is it just in cork or is it everywhere? Over the past year we have had nearly 10 different plumbers call to our house to discuss work and then afterwards after promising to call back with a price we never hear from them again. Ignore calls and texts.

We are looking to get solar panels put in and have had 4 different companies call out and again ignore us afterwards. We have even started asking people before they call not to waste our time and their time if they can't/wont do the job. They always say "oh no we'd never do that" and then ghost town!!!!

Anybody know a decent reliable plumber/company to do solar panels??

In my opinion,solar is not the way to go.Solar only gives you only 60 percent of your hot water requirments.It takes 15 years plus to get your money back at best,Shortly after that you need new panels.A few breakdowns and your losing.
A better option is thermodynamic air to water cylinder

A better options again is Air to water heat pump for all heating and hot water requirements.There are grants of up to 3,500 euro for this.
