    Ask for outpatients appointments.

    Give name and date of birth /(ie. The day you were born)

    Ask your question.

    Have pen and paper handy to record information.

    Make sure you come back and tell us so we can advise you when you loose the bit of paper :)

    Can I go back to my audio book now?
