ATM card out of date, new one issued automatically?

    Never noticed expiry date till I went to use in shop. Do the Bank still issue new cards automatically or are you supposed to contact them in advance?

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    New cards are issued automatically 1-2 weeks before the card is due to expire. What is the expiry date on your card?

    Have you changed address recently and haven't updated your address with us?

    If your address is the same and your card expiry is Nov 2018 then please call our BOI Direct team on 0818 365 365 and an advisor will look into this for and get a new card issued for you.

    Thanks for reply. Expiry date was end of Nov. Rang Banking365 and they said it was posted out but we never received it. No change to address. A new card is being issued.
