iptv Titan sky channels showing black screen

    I have a Mini MX Q pro mini box  preloaded I just got a few days ago.

    initially my internet spped was very poor,  i was getting all the sky channels through titan  app however it was buffering a lot. Also my movie app was buffering films as well

    I have router 4G and moved it another part of the house. which is now giving me between 15 to 25 mbps and since that I have no issues watching any of the movies and is working very good

    However when I click on the titan screen it just comes up black . if i then double click on  a blue screen appears with just what looks like buttons on a remote i.e volume up and down , channels up and down etc.

    Can anyone advise what i need to do?
