Anyone know where in town to get 2mm plywood or a similar sheet material?

Is there an art/craft or hobby shop in town any more?

2mm is a little thin so you probably won't find it in any of the builders merchants but still worth a try along with Woodies, Homebase etc. 3mm is about the thinest you get and 6mm is much more common.

While not plywood per se, if you anybody working in Smartply/Medite it might be worth asking them. They'd do experimental/R&D runs off non standard thicknesses from time to time. You might be lucky.

Try Noyeks, they will definitely have 3mm.
