    Is it possible to make an electronic fund transfer over the counter in a branch from a business account that's not online?

    Thank you for getting in touch today.

    Business customers have to complete all electronic funds transfers online, these cannot be done in branch. I would advise that you register your account for online banking to make this process quick and easy for you going forward.
