    Hi,

I bought something online a few months ago on my debit card. My card in the meantime was used fraudulently meaning I had to cancel it.

I now need a refund and was told it would go back on the card I used to purchase. Will it automatically go into my current account or will I have to give them my updated card details?

    Thanks

    Hi MEJ,

Thanks for getting in touch with us. In this instance we would advise that you provide the merchant with your updated card details to process the refund.

Please feel free to get in touch with us if we can help you with anything else.

    Thanks Jen
