I'm currently doing a PGCE in Northern Ireland but I'm from the Republic. Does anyone know if it's possible to do the Newly Qualified Teaching year in the Republic of Ireland instead of Northern Ireland?

Unfortunately, no. I trained in the UK and the teaching council say I can only register once I have done my NQT year in England where I trained
