Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

"If you want us to step aside"

Shane Ross heard that and thought "Oh ya, get them to Stepaside and built my new police station".

Sinn Fein, Mick Wallace and Alan Kelly should build the hospital - they seem to be experts in everything.

Things being wrongly specified by the HSE and having to be changed, for example.
Doozies like the wrong sized doors to allow beds to pass through.

And walls to allow for artists to display their pictures wit 2 suns, and a library where buke writers can house their bukes for patients to read. I mean wat would cheer up a child in hostible more than reading about childers being blown up and shot?

Can nobody see what this is. This is a clever ruse by BAM to get Leo to back down on his statement. They know that there is not a snowballs chance in hell of the Government changing to a different company, and no other company would take it over anyway. This is a clever PR stunt, that is all.

Where would you put it? I vote for between October and November.

I think that BAM are secure in the knowledge that no one else would touch this job with a barge pole. They know that their client i.e. us, haven't a clue how to deal with large projects.

I wonder are Terry Prone and De Communications Clinic involved?

I think it is pretty pointless having this guy on now to revise the topic of where the hospital will go. There is not a snowballs chance in hell of Bam pulling out. No matter what their statement says.

I know more than a few Hospital Consultants, SpRs, HSOs etc. I've not heard one of them say that the Mater or St. James'eseseseseseses were a better site than Blanch for this.

Blanchardstown would be in a similar situation because a lot of the land there has been allocated to private housing already. The gentleman offering to tackle a project of this size for no financial gain is highly unusual in the modern age.
