International Parcel not arrived

So basically a friend of mine living in California sent a parcel using United States Postal Service to me living in Dublin, The parcel arrived 7 Days ago (1st of December) in the Portloise Mails Center. A day later it said it was delivered to me at my address. No parcel has arrived since then. Wondering if anybody had a…

Did you check with neighbours etc asking if they received a parcel?
