Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Quick question on services. Some land may be available for sale in d6w and I'm wondering how much it would cost for services to the house. House is in a well developed area. Basically water and electricity connection charges. For arguments sake consider planning is sorted!. Just a ball park. I'm an electrical. Mate is a plumber and another a roofer so i have a few things to price a few other things but for the two above im oblivious.
