Bit early to have a full picture but the commuter belt town's around Dublin appear to not be seeing any increase in sales on 2015 2016 OR 2017

New builds appear to be selling up to between 100 to 150 units and not adding to sales growth in these areas.

Its taking 6 months to move second hand property as low as 220k or as high as 320k. Prices shot to 320k but appear to have peaked.

Is the market only seeing ftb now, where are the buyers??
