Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Despite trying to get through to 1901 - to no avail - emailing, and writing to customer service a landline account which should have been cancelled in August is still getting bills - what is going on

Comreg need to sort this out - even the complaints form on the site only accepts landline numbers - how can you give that when the line is cut off!!

    Hi greengirl1968,

My apologies for the delay in responding.

Could you PM the following details?
    1. Registered Name
    2. Registered Address
    3. Account Number
    4. DOB
    5. Are you the Account Holder?

As soon as I get this information I can look into this.
