Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Confirmed sprain for Eddie Jackson. Could still be season-ending but that won't be known for a day or two.

I'd be surprised if it is. He can have 3 weeks rest until the playoffs start. Unless it's a really bad sprain that should be enough time to recover unless he is really unlucky.

I think the sprain is on the leg he broke in college so I'm just happy it has ended up being just a sprain.

There was clear holding on the completion to Washington.

Nearest ref doesn't throw. The ref an extra 15 yards away does throw it. Terrible.

I agree, very unlikely, but even if it's a moderate sprain he won't 100% come the playoffs. Ankle sprain's are a bitch to fully heal, as anyone who plays sports will tell you. He's fortunate that he can rest fully until the playoffs though.

What a play - just like the Giants last week. Big series coming up.

I preferred the Giants Harlem Globetrotters one from a week or two back.

Helps when Ben throws an easy pick like that.
Walking all over the Pats other than that.

Harmon another one who loves playing the Steelers. We need to convert it into points now.

Nice but prefer the Pats one, it seemed way more improbable and needed ridiculous athleticism to keep it in. Just the still of the video below is ridiculous and they needed that twice

The D has had a few stops. But the drops on offense has stalled things.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 6,438 ✭✭✭j8wk2feszrnpao

    Drops. That's 4. Killing drives.

Brady cant do much more when his receives cant even catch the fupping ball.....

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,599 ✭✭✭ScrubsfanChris

21-7 could be the game for Pat's. Nothing working.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 6,438 ✭✭✭j8wk2feszrnpao

    Pitts fans booing now.
They should be near to putting this game away, or at least be two scores ahead with the INT, grounding, missed FG.

Patts should be getting whipped in this game and somehow I think they’ll win it just because they are playing Pittsburgh.

    Awful kicking continues.....

    9-71 today, so far.

Run defense the same as last week for NE.

I don't know how the Pats are still in this, but another INT and good field position.

7 pre snap penalties today, that's shambolic really.

Pats offense killing themselves with penalties...although the refs are giving them nothing

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 6,438 ✭✭✭j8wk2feszrnpao

Brady under pressure couldn't get it out of bounds.
    The pens. No excuse. 11-86.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,599 ✭✭✭ScrubsfanChris

Must be around 100 yards of penalties now and it will cost the game.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 7,510 ✭✭✭Hazys

    Some catch by Hayden

Steelers are gonna kill the clock now. Talk about losing a game being handed to you.

WTF are the refs calling on Brown?

First paragraph you say "We don't even know how things will pan out for the players."

Second paragraph you say trading up for who Pace thinks will be his franchise QB was closer to awful than good. Which is it? If Mitch turns out to be a franchise QB nobody will give a flying f*ck about 3 picks given up for him.

Let it go. I was having a laugh and posting an awful take that Cohen himself posted on twitter the other week. No need to take everything so seriously.

I'm not sure what you're confused by, we can both acknowledge that we don't know yet how things will pan out for the 2017 drafted players but still make an assessment of how things are looking for them.

Let what go? I wasn't the one who posted an extract from an article from nearly 2 years ago. I understand why a player might hold onto them to give them motivation but for fans it is just sad, similar to them getting annoyed that 'the media isn't taking us seriously'.

It was first down anyway. Pats run D has been so bad.

    Big play by Jackson.

It's been a relatively low quality game given the expectations for both teams. There's been some decent/good defensive plays, but both offenses have shot themselves in the foot more than anything else.
Steelers deserve the win, but late opportunity for the Pats.
Pats. Offense a bigger issue than the D (kept it to 17pts with 2:30 left) tonight. Pens (12-91) and drops have stalled them all night.

OT in the 49ers Seahawks game. Didn't see it being this close. 49ers have done their standard shooting themselves in the foot while being ahead. Draft position or not, would love to break the losing streak.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 13,687 ✭✭✭✭jack presley

Hopefully Bellichick's a 'go for 2 and win it' guy if they score a TD. I need to get to bed and can do without OT.

    5th false start. Unreal.

You have to love Tony Romo's enthusiasm in situations like this.
