Anyone ordered from JDSports Online

    Ordered some trainers for the niece to be delivered to local JDSports store (local store price was higher at the time). Anyway, money taken for order over 9 days ago (paypal), and online tracking shows order sitting in warehouse. Can't get through to them and customer service don't respond to emails other then a stock response once to say they are very quick with picking orders and dispatching them and you can only cancel within 2 hours of placing the order!!

    Anyone deal with these guys ? The only option I see now is a paypal claim and to buy elsewhere.

    Yes.
    Black Friday and The Christmas period is the issue here.
    ordered items before Black Friday and they turned up after 16 days.
    you will get the items, but it will take time.
    check out their delivery page.
    standard deliver i think is 2 to 4 days.
    you can pay for next day delivery
    that will take 2 to 4 days also.
