What is in the Dunnes brocoli salad?!

When I eat it and crunch one of the hazelnuts it reminds me of enjoying Yoplait Hazlenut yogurts years ago. At the moment I'm guessing steam brocoli for a strict 2 minutes, mix with (oven baked/fried with out oil on pan?) hazelnuts, and some natural yoghurt? I'm guessing there's more too it.. perhaps a bit of lemon juice?
