Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Currently have an issue with smells coming back into my house a couple of times per year. .
My house drains by gravity into the public sewer. The houses on the other side are lower and they each have a pump sump to pump up to the main.
I have been told that they tanks would most likely fill every 1 to 2 days before pumping.
Guy from Irish Water did a smoke test and found smoke in an eco drain and an AJ lip was loose.
No smoke came out the AAV.
He advised changing the AAV for an open cowl type cap.
Would welcome your opinions please !
