Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hopefully this is the right forum! We're selling a 2 bed apartment in Dublin and have recently gone sale agreed. The solicitor told us we need a land registry compliant map as the title is an unregistered leasehold. Anyway, solicitor said an architect could do it for approx. E150 plus VAT. Just got a quote back for E380 plus VAT. I just wanted to check which is closer to the usual cost for this service? Thanks!

€380 +VAT would be about right. Apartments are a little more complex than standard LRC maps as they are multi storey.

Thanks, no problem paying the going rate but wanted to check when the solicitor seemed to think it would be a lot less.

the solicitor gave a quote for a regular basic registry.... only takes marking a map

however with apartments, multi storey registration is required, which takes a lot more work, including a survey and subsequent drawings

380 + VAT is relatively cheap in my opinion
