Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

My contract with Eir ended on 11 November and I have since received a final bill which indicates that I have a €30 credit on the account. When can I expect the refund to take place or how long after the final bill issues is the refund processed?

Just a wee bump on this and also to acknowledge Ahren's help but unfortunately a month has gone by and there's still no sign of a refund or any official correspondence at all. I would have to revert to my original query and ask how long does it take to process a refund?

I dont have the time to spend up to an hour waiting for someone to answer the phone, being driven demented by that shocking music and then to get cut off and have to restart the process again. Been there before and Im all out of Valium now

    Hi muffler.

I have looked into this for you and see that your refund is still being processed, this does take some time to go through.

I do apologise about the delay.

    Thank you.

Thanks Ahren. I realise its not your fault obviously.

My billing date was always around the 15th of the month so I waited until that (before posting here) thinking the over payment would have been refunded. After all there was never any issue with me paying on time during my contract period and I had assumed that Eir would have reciprocated but obviously not.

    Hi Muffler.

I have checked this for you and see your refund has now been processed.

Please allow 5-10 working days for it to be deposited into your account.

    Thank you for your patience.
