Hi All,

Up until now I have been eating chia seeds, walnuts and flax seeds for Omega 3 but I've read that algae derived EPA & DHA is far better.

I was in my local health food shop over the weekend and they had a Vegan EPA & DHA oil, €28 for 14 days supply. I thought that this was on the pricey side.

I would appreciate if someone could recommend a good quality algae derived omega 3 supplement.

vegetology.com also sells it and always have 3 for 2. myprotein is generally cheapest with all the deals.
