Refund issued but not received

    Hey.

    I organised a refund for the remaining balance on my old meteor account by chat. Said it was processed and up to 14 days for it to hit my account. This was all good, never had a problem with chat before and always got sorted. This was at the end of November. But no refund (€40) has hit my account. I got on to chat again last week and they confirmed that the refund was processed and if I’ve not received it to call customer service.

    Tried to call customer service today and after about 56 minutes in the queue I had to hang up as I was on my lunch.

    I’d appreciate if someone could help me out and have a look into it for me here, as I can’t waste more time on hold to customer services

    Sorry to hear you didn't get your refund. 

    Could you PM the following details?
    1. Account number 
    2. Full Name
    3. Full Address
    4. DOB
    5. Are you the account holder? 

    Also if you were given a reference number for the payment please PM that.
