FTTH - Fibre Cable Outside House but I not eligible

    Hello,

I have a new build house in rural ireland. Over the past few months Fibre has been ran along the roads in our area and to a pole outside our house. The eir sale rep called to our house and told us that we were not actually on the system for roll out due to our being only new. I have an eircode.

He said this is common enough and I should call Eir to plead my case and get included.
My next door neighbours are eligible for fibre to the home but the checker (https://www.eir.ie/broadband/) says I am not eligible.

I have tried ringing and I have been left on hold for way too long. Can you please help?
    Fibre is required ASAP.

    Thanks,
    Brian

    Hi tvisdead,

If you PM me your account number, full name on the account, email address and date of birth I'll check this for you.  If you have no order in place can you send on your full address and Eircode, please?

    Thanks

    Tracey
