    Enquiring for a friend who is getting disability allowence

    She checked her bank account today and saw that there was 400 paid in around the 6/7 of December
    However there is another 396e due to be paid into her account tonight . She checked this on online banking and said the 396 has not been paid in yet as it is greyed out. She is wondering what the 2 payments are for

    It's a double payment. There will be none next week

    The first payment was her Christmas bonus. The 396 is for this week and next week as there will be no payment at all next week. Make sure she knows that there’s no payment next week.
