    Hi,

    I recently switched to another provider and was due some money back from Eir. When I log into my account the dashboard says that I was refunded the money on the 5th of December. However I have not seen the money in my account as yet. I would be grateful if someone could look into this. I can PM the account details to a rep.

    1) Account number
    2) Account name
    3) Are you the account holder?
    4) Your DOB

    5) Your full postal address
