Leaking Shower

I have a leak coming down though the ceiling from a shower upstairs. I applied more silicon over the base and grout in some small gaps in tiles in the shower enclosure. Leak is still there. Is there a way of finding the exact source? Thanks

Could be the drain pipe. Try pouring water from jug into drain to see
