. I have booked accommodation in Prague for early January and the hotel tried to take the payment from my debit card, and despite having the money in my account, they are unable to process it.

Then I am also trying to book flights and again it is not letting me book them on my debit card.

I am using 2 different boi accounts so it is not a problem with limits

    Hi there Witchie,

Thanks for getting in touch with us here.

Can I ask has your card been working at ATMs and in shops?

Also have you received any texts or emails from our card security team?

    Merry Christmas,

    Lorna

    Hi Lorna,

It's working fine elsewhere and I don't see any messages.

Thanks for that Witchie. In this case I'd ask you to contact the retailer directly so that they can have a look into this. As from what you have described this seems to be happening on their side of the transaction.
    Thanks again,
    Darren.
