    I have 3 times now exceeded my data and each time my online usage says I've only used anything from 19gb to 50gb. What is the point of having this portal if it doesn't work?

    Sorry to hear your usage is not being updated. 

    Could you please PM the following details?
    1. Full Name
    2. Account Number
    3. Address
    4. DOB
    5. You are the account holder. 

    As soon as I receive this information I can check why your data usage is not being updated.
