Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

knocking down concrete shed - planning permission?

So I have an old property with a very small garden, a lot of space is taken up by a shed which isn’t much use so I am thinking of knocking it down myself. It is attached to the property and covered in dashing that matches the walls of the house. If I wanted to knock it down would I require any sort of planning permission? I’ve never knocked down anything before but it’s something I definitely want to do as it will open up the garden a lot.

What’s the square footage of it?

Gut says it’s exempt from planning.

I reckon 5/10 square ft? It’s only small but takes up a lot of space in the garden. It’s more of a courtyard than a garden tbh

Based on info here, should be planning exempt.
