Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hello all,

As above, I have searched and can't find a definite answer about who to report human waste leaking into a water course...

This is a domestic septic tank that has been leaking into a field drain for years. I am not sure if the tank has failed or is non existent but the home owner is unwilling to fix the problem.

    Many thanks

Probably the relevant council would be your best port of call, the EPA may also have good advice too.

Report the leak to your local area office of Mayo Co.Co.

As one who had his septic tank reported

(rightly but my first winter in house and was trying to remedy, now replaced)

    County Council Environment office.

Found them fair to deal with. They inspected and issued a notice to me to remedy. Followed up too. I replaced so dont know how strong they are if ignored.
